Well, I've decided to explain the Katie Hill scandal. At first I had a hard time understanding what really happened, so I thought I'd share it with you. There are basically two versions of the story. The first is the ex-husband's, who claims that a week before the photo was leaked online, he told his parents that his account had been hacked. I don't know if that's true or not, but I don't think there's any real evidence to back up that story. But I'm also pretty sure there's no real evidence to back up Katie's version either.

Katie's version is that she had been in an abusive relationship/marriage for a long time, as she and her husband were together since he was 20 and she was 16. And that she threatened to leave him for quite some time. After she moved out of the house, he swore he would “destroy” her. Katie supposedly had no idea that the porn images and video existed, so you can try to imagine how shocked she was when the content was leaked!

This is the message she sent to her husband, in which she tells him that she will continue paying the bills and the mortgage even if he moves, because her intention was not to leave him “abandoned.”
